ever been to Botswana???
mooomie is looking for practical tips - what do you do when you go to Botswana to help your chances of survival?? How do you fend off a lion? There wasn't a section in my parenting book about Botswana, so I'm at a loss.

Mooomie's cure - for even the worst vortex-itis
Snow, sun, and cold beer. If you are from Canada, it seems so natural. In the US you have to work a bit to make it happen. But it worked - my vortex-itis is now gone. No more feeling of being sucked down some huge hole. I feel a lot better - that is, if I forget about my now REALLY sore legs, and my sunburn. But who can complain about those kinds of things? I'll limp around tomorrow all day with pride.

This is NOT a big deal, ... but still ... I went to create an account at You Tube (so I could post my video utterz there), and SOMEONE has already used mooomie! I've heard of identity theft, but this is going too far. Time to call in the Feds.

lesson learned - DON'T go to NY with a flat tire
Well, I got half way there before my tire stopped holding air completely!! Then an hour at a tire store where the guys that worked insisted they didn't have a replacement and wouldn't fix it. Then a very slow ride home.
No New York city for mooomie. :(

Happiness over time - the IRS effect
Sorry guys but I've started graphing again. That's because the IRS wrote a lovely letter to my daughter last week, asking for more in taxes than she made in income! Which made me have to start wading through the piles of papers we have upstairs. Which made me remember that it is indeed tax time. Which stressed me out!
